My bad relationship with my sleep is the main reason for almost all my problems. This spring I am commited to change that by sleeping 8 hours, not more, not less, 8. For that I must give myself 30 minutes of tolerance and go to bed/programme the alarm to sleep 8 hours. No more afternoon naps or stay in bed more than 10 minutes after wake up. I really need to change this part of my life.
